Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium at any time. If you downgrade, your data remains safe and accessible. You will only lose access to features that are not included in your new plan.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be preserved and you can export it at any time.
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. Basic is Rs. 25,000/year instead of Rs. 30,000, and Premium is Rs. 50,000/year instead of Rs. 60,000. The discount is applied automatically when you select the annual option.
